Azzurro Milano offers a sophisticated shopping experience, ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase through our 30-day complimentary return policy. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items at our Milano warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
